For five decades, Bruce has resided in Calaveras County, spending 35 years in Arnold before relocating to Murphys to escape the heavier snowfall. In 2010, he tied the knot with his bride and they settled into the "Diggins" residence.
Prior to 2006, Bruce owned a restaurant in Arnold. Since 2003, he has been his own boss as a tax accountant. His tenure at Blue Lake Springs HOA spanned 8 years, during which he gained familiarity with the operations of BLS Mutual Water company. Additionally, as a property owner in Mineral Mountain, he played a role in managing the private water company for the association.
Bruce has also dedicated his time to various non-profit boards, giving him insight into the responsibilities he undertakes. He places great importance on contributing to his community and sees serving as a UPUD board member as a valuable and beneficial endeavor.
